MUKHTARAN RAFIQ FOUNDATION AND PUNJAB POLICE SIGNED A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MOU) TO STRENGTHEN PUBLIC WELFARE, COMMUNITY SAFETY, AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT

Mukhtaran Rafiq Foundation and Punjab Police signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to strengthen public welfare, community safety, and social well-being. The signing ceremony was attended by IG Punjab Police Dr. Usman Anwar and senior police officials, while Abdul Majeed, President of the Mukhtaran Rafiq Foundation, led the Foundation’s delegation, accompanied by Adnan Khalid Butt, Khalid Yaqoob (Senior Vice President), Chaudhry Muhammad Shafiq (Vice President), Naveed Zafar (Operations Director), and Hafiz Zohaib Tayyab (Secretary Information).
